Target Information
Pulmonary surfactant는 type II 폐포 세포에서 분비되는 인지질 및 단백질의 복합체로, 폐포의 공기-액체 계면에서 표면 장력을 감소시켜 정상적인 환기를 위한 폐포 안정성을 제공합니다.
Surfactant 단백질은 SP-A, SP-B, SP-C, SP-D로 구분되며, SP-A(28–36kDa) 및 SP-D(43kDa)는 collagenous carbohydrate-binding protein, SP-B(8–9kDa)와 SP-C(4kDa)는 non-collagenous hydrophobic protein입니다.
SP-B는 다양한 형태의 폐선암에서 발현되며, 비폐암성 선암에서는 발현되지 않습니다. ProSP-B는 골지체에서 당화되고, cathepsin D-like protease에 의해 단백질 절단을 거쳐 성숙 형태로 전환됩니다.
