Target Information
CSF3R is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3, a cytokine that regulates granulocyte production, differentiation, and function. The encoded protein belongs to the cytokine receptor family and may also participate in cell surface adhesion or recognition. Four transcript variants encode four isoforms — three membrane-bound and one secreted soluble form.
