Alpha-actinin-3 (ACTN3)는 인간에서 ACTN3 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질로, 주로 골격근에서 발현되며 근섬유 Z선의 구조적 구성 요소로 작용합니다. 이 단백질은 F-actin을 교차 결합하여 얇은 필라멘트를 안정화시키는 역할을 합니다. 유전자 다형성으로 인해 코딩 및 비코딩 변이가 존재하며, 기준 게놈은 코딩 알렐을 나타냅니다.
