Target Information
IL-35 (Interleukin 35) is a cytokine belonging to the IL-12 family, produced by regulatory T cells. It is a dimeric protein composed of IL-12-alpha and IL-27-beta chains.
IL-35 plays a crucial role in modulating T helper cell differentiation and suppressing inflammatory responses, promoting regulatory T cell proliferation and reducing Th17 cell activity.
