Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Ran GTPase plays essential roles in nucleocytoplasmic transport, spindle formation, and postmitotic nuclear envelope reassembly.
WT1 and WIT2 are CC-TMD proteins that are structurally similar yet distinct from the WIP family, and are essential for RanGAP nuclear envelope association in plant and metazoan cells.
