Target Information

Anti-Chicken secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for chicken immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility by supporting multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and improve sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, these antibodies are produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
