LTB4R (Leukotriene B4 Receptor)는 GPCR 계열에 속하며, 강력한 염증성 화학주성 인자인 Leukotriene B4의 수용체입니다. 혈액, 골수, 뇌, 심장, 간, 골격근 등 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 백혈구와 림프조직(비장, 흉선, 림프절)에서 높은 발현이 보고되었습니다. 또한 B-cell, 폐, 고환, 유방, 대장, 눈, 신장, 피부, 비장, 편도 등의 라이브러리에서 ESTs가 분리된 바 있습니다.
