Target Information

HLA-G는 HLA class I heavy chain paralogue에 속하며, heavy chain과 light chain(beta-2 microglobulin)으로 구성된 이형이합체입니다. Heavy chain은 막에 고정되어 있으며, HLA-G는 태아 유래 태반 세포에서 발현됩니다. Heavy chain의 분자량은 약 45 kDa이며, 유전자는 8개의 엑손으로 구성되어 있습니다.

• Exons 2–3: alpha1, alpha2 domain (peptide 결합)
• Exon 4: alpha3 domain
• Exon 5: transmembrane region
• Exon 6: cytoplasmic tail
