Product Specific Information
The MJ7/18 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD105 (Endoglin), a 90 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer expressed by vascular endothelial cells. CD105 is involved in adhesion and embryonic angiogenesis.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested on bEnd.3 cells at ≤ 0.125 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may range from 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test. Titrate for optimal performance.

Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Upregulation of endoglin has been observed in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, indicating its role as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity but not TGF-β2.
