• Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
• The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Target Information

Semaphorins are neuronal chemorepellants that direct pioneering neurons during nervous system development.
CD100 (also known as semaphorin 4D), a 150 kDa homodimer, induces B cell aggregation and improves their viability in vitro.
CD100 modulates CD40–CD40L B cell signaling by enhancing B cell aggregation and survival while downregulating CD23 expression.
CD72 serves as a lymphocyte receptor for CD100, regulating B cell signaling.
CD100 is expressed on resting and PHA-stimulated T cells, weakly on NK cells, EBV-transformed B cells, monocytes, and tumor/peripheral blood T cell lines, and at higher density on activated T and B cells.
