Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결 건조된 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 빛을 차단하여 최대 1주일간 보관할 수 있으며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 보관합니다. 반복적인 냉동 및 해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 원심분리(10,000 × g, 5분) 후 사용합니다.
Target Information
Prostaglandins는 아라키돈산 대사에 의해 생성되며, Prostaglandin E2(PGE-2)는 생리적으로 중요한 5가지 프로스타노이드 중 하나입니다. PGE-2는 EP1, EP2, EP3, EP4 수용체를 통해 면역, 내분비, 심혈관, 신장, 생식계 및 평활근 등 다양한 조직에서 생리적·약리학적 효과를 매개합니다. 특히 뇌에서 가장 풍부한 프로스타노이드 중 하나로, 신생아의 신경 기능 및 염증 매개에 중요한 역할을 합니다. EP2 수용체는 Gs 단백질과 결합하여 adenyl cyclase를 활성화하며, PGE-2에 의해 내부화되지 않습니다. 주로 폐, 태반 및 평활근 조직에 존재하며, 평활근의 수축과 이완에 관여합니다.
