Target Information
MAP3K10 (MLK2)는 serine/threonine kinase로, MAPK8/JNK 및 MKK4/SEK1을 활성화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이 효소는 JNK kinase에 의해 인산화되어 활성화되며, JNK 신호전달 경로에서 우선적으로 작용합니다. 또한 nerve growth factor (NGF)에 의해 유도되는 신경세포 사멸(neuronal apoptosis)에 관여하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
