TOX 매개 양성 선택은 RUNX3의 상향 조절과 관련이 있으며, 칼시뉴린 의존적입니다. 또한 TOX 의존적 CD4⁺CD8 단계 전환은 class II MHC 특이적 T세포 발달에 필수적입니다.
