For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ATP synthase is a highly conserved enzyme found in plants, fungi, bacteria, and animals. It catalyzes the reversible conversion of ADP and phosphate to ATP, driven by proton flux across the membrane during electron transfer.
The enzyme consists of two main parts:
- F1 ATP-ase (soluble): composed of alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and epsilon subunits
- F0 ATP-ase (membrane embedded): composed of a, b, and c subunits
