- In Western blots, shows 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ALCAM.
- No cross-reactivity with rhBCAM, rhEpCAM, recombinant mouse (rm) MAdCAM-1, rhMCAM, rmNCAM-L1, rmOCAM, or rmTROP-2.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule (ALCAM), also known as CD166, is a member of the immunoglobulin receptor subfamily with five immunoglobulin-like domains (VVC2C2C2) in the extracellular region.
It binds to T-cell differentiation antigen CD6 and plays a role in cell adhesion and migration.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encode different isoforms.
