Target Information
CD79a는 B29(CD79b) 폴리펩타이드와 이황화 결합된 헤테로다이머로, B 림프구 항원 수용체 복합체의 일부입니다. Ig-α 및 Ig-β와 결합하여 B세포 항원 수용체의 발현과 기능에 필수적입니다. CD79a는 pre-B 세포 단계에서 처음 발현되어 plasma 세포 단계까지 존재하며, 대부분의 전구 B세포형 급성 백혈병, B세포 림프종, 일부 골수종에서 발현됩니다. 반면, 골수구 또는 T세포 계열에서는 발현되지 않습니다. CD79a와 관련된 질환으로는 Agammaglobulinemia 3 및 Non-Bruton형 Agammaglobulinemia가 있습니다.
