Target Information
RIPK2는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로 세포 활성화, 증식, 분화 및 세포사멸(apoptosis)에 관여합니다. 세균 펩티도글리칸에 의해 NOD1 및 NOD2가 자극되면, RIPK2를 CARD-CARD 도메인을 통해 모집하여 NF-κB 신호전달을 활성화합니다. 또한 T세포 수용체(TCR) 결합 시 BCL10 인산화를 유도하여 NF-κB 활성화를 촉진합니다. 이 단백질은 면역 반응, 성장 조절 및 세포 보호 관련 유전자 발현 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
