이 항체는 Mouse IgG2a, kappa 단클론 항체로, Mouse IgG2a 항체의 동형 대조군으로 사용됩니다.
Flow cytometric 분석에 적합하며, mouse splenocytes 및 human peripheral blood cell에서 시험되었습니다.
실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용해야 합니다.
Super Bright 436은 violet laser (405 nm)로 여기되어 436 nm에서 방출되며, 450/50 bandpass 필터 사용을 권장합니다.
두 개 이상의 Super Bright 염색을 사용하는 경우, 비특이적 상호작용을 최소화하기 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) 사용을 권장합니다.

Mouse IgG2a는 항원에 대한 반응으로 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 IgG 항체의 아형입니다.
혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, opsonization, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성 반응 등에 관여합니다.
연구 및 진단(ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등)뿐 아니라 면역치료 및 백신 개발에도 활용됩니다.
