Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
Nup210L (nuclear pore membrane glycoprotein 210-like) is a 1,888 amino acid single-pass membrane protein that belongs to the NUP210 family. The gene encoding Nup210L spans approximately 162,432 bases and maps to human chromosome 1q21.3.
Chromosome 1 is the largest human chromosome, comprising about 260 million base pairs and approximately 8% of the human genome, with around 3,000 genes. Numerous diseases are associated with chromosome 1, including Hutchinson-Gilford progeria (LMNA gene), familial adenomatous polyposis (MUTYH gene), Stickler syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Gaucher disease, and Usher syndrome.
