Western blot에서는 마우스 뇌 조직에서 약 70 kDa의 단백질 밴드를 검출하며, IHC에서는 마우스 뇌 조직 내 neurofilament light chain을 인식합니다.
Immunofluorescence에서는 랫 대뇌 피질에서 neurofilament light chain을 검출합니다.
MA1-2010의 면역원은 효소적으로 탈인산화된 돼지 신경섬유입니다.
Target Information
Neurofilaments는 신경세포의 구조 유지에 관여하는 중간 필라멘트 단백질로, NF-L, NF-M, NF-H 세 가지 주요 단백질로 구성됩니다.
NF-L은 낮은 분자량의 마이크로필라멘트 서브유닛으로 약 70 kDa 크기를 가지며, NF-H는 높은 분자량의 서브유닛으로 180–220 kDa 범위에서 종에 따라 변동이 있습니다.
이들 단백질은 신경세포 특이적으로 발현되며, 발달 단계에 따라 조절됩니다.
