PA1-73193 항체는 Vaccinia virus에 반응하며, B5R 및 A33R 단백질과 교차 반응합니다. NYCBOH strain으로부터 유래하였으며, parainfluenza 1–3, RSV, adenovirus, influenza A 및 B, HSV 1에는 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
이 항체는 Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Immunofluorescence 및 Western blot 실험에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
또한 Vaccinia virus lister strain에 대해 제작되었습니다.
Target Information
Vaccinia virus는 약 191 kb의 DNA 게놈을 가진 대형 바이러스로, variola virus와 밀접한 관련이 있습니다. 세포질 내에서 복잡한 형태형성 과정을 거쳐 intracellular mature virus (IMV)와 intracellular enveloped virus (IEV)를 형성합니다.
IMV core에는 A3L, A4L, A10L 등의 주요 단백질이 포함되어 있으며, A12L, A13L, A14L, A14.5L, A17L, A27L, D8L, G4L, G7L, H3L, I5L, L1R 등은 바이러스 입자를 둘러싼 막에 관련된 단백질입니다.
