Target Information
Spectrin (Sp)는 적혈구 세포막 골격 단백질 중 가장 풍부한 단백질로, 적혈구가 이중 오목한 형태를 유지하면서도 유연성과 탄성을 가지도록 돕습니다. 적혈구의 스펙트린은 280 kDa 알파 소단위와 246 kDa 베타 소단위가 서로 반평행으로 결합한 100 nm 길이의 막대 구조를 형성합니다. 다른 조직에서는 상동성이 있는 알파 및 베타 소단위로 구성되며, 때때로 포드린(fodrin)으로 불립니다. 새로운 명명법에서는 적혈구 스펙트린을 알파-1, 베타-1로, 포드린을 알파-2, 베타-2로 구분합니다. 각 단백질은 대체 스플라이싱 형태(예: 베타-1 ε-1)로 존재할 수 있습니다.
