Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Interaction of Fas ligand (TNFSF6) with the FAS antigen (TNFRSF6) mediates programmed cell death (apoptosis) in various organ systems.
The protein encoded by this gene binds to FAS antigen and can initiate or enhance apoptosis through FAS interaction.
Apoptosis initiation by this protein requires a ubiquitin-like domain but not the FAS-binding domain.
