Target Information
GPI-anchored HDL-binding protein 1 (Gpihbp1)는 지방이 세포로 전달되는 과정을 조절하는 새로운 단백질로, 지질 대사 및 에너지 저장 연구에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 소장에서 생성된 킬로미크론(chylomicrons)은 혈류를 통해 조직으로 이동하며, GPIHBP1은 모세혈관 내에서 킬로미크론과 지질단백질 리파아제(LpL)의 상호작용을 매개하여 중성지방의 분해 및 세포 흡수를 촉진합니다. GPIHBP1이 결핍되면 혈중 지방 대사가 원활히 이루어지지 않습니다.
