Product #62270 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG and the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species may occur.

Store protected from light at 4°C. To extend shelf life, add an equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
DyLight 350 Amax = 353 nm; Emax = 432 nm. Mole Dye/Mole Protein Ratio is lot-dependent.
