Target Information
G6D, also known as Lymphocyte antigen 6 complex locus G6D (LY6G6D), is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. It consists of cell-surface proteins involved in the immune system and cellular recognition.
This protein forms a disulfide-linked homodimer with an Ig-like V-type domain and interacts with GRB2 and GRB7 in a phosphorylation-dependent manner, playing an important role in downstream signal transduction pathways.
