Product Specific Information
This antibody recognizes an epitope found between amino acids 33–369 of human CDCP1.
Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CDCP1 is a transmembrane protein containing three extracellular CUB domains. It is overexpressed in colon and lung cancers, and its expression level correlates with the metastatic ability of carcinoma cells. CDCP1 is located on the cell surface and can be tyrosine phosphorylated in cancer cell lines. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
