Target Information
CD5는 67 kDa의 단일 사슬 막관통 당단백질로, 주로 성숙 T-림프구, 대부분의 흉선세포, 그리고 여러 T세포 백혈병 및 림프종에서 발현됩니다. 또한 일부 활성화된 B세포에서도 발현되며, T세포 증식 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다. CD5는 흉선세포의 약 95%, 말초혈액 림프구의 약 72%에서 발견됩니다. 림프절에서는 주로 T세포 영역에서 반응성을 보입니다. CD5 이상은 흉선암 및 Richter 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
