Product Specific Information
This antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the ARG-specific ADP-ribosyltransferase family. Proteins in this family regulate target protein function by attaching ADP-ribose to specific amino acid residues. The mouse homolog lacks a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchor signal sequence and is predicted to be secretory. Transcript variants with different 5′ UTRs but encoding the same protein have been identified.
