Product Specific Information
The monoclonal mouse IgG2b, kappa serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Reported applications include flow cytometric analysis.
Tested by flow cytometry on normal human peripheral blood cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
PerCP-eFluor® 710 can replace PE-Cy5, PE-Cy5.5, or PerCP-Cy5.5.
It emits at 710 nm and is excited with the blue laser (488 nm).
Recommended filter configuration: 685 LP dichroic mirror and 710/40 band pass filter (695/40 BP also acceptable).
PerCP-eFluor® 710 conjugates remain stable when exposed to freshly prepared 2% formaldehyde overnight at 4°C.
Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 710 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
Target Information
Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens.
It is the third most abundant IgG subtype and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses such as opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
It also regulates immune responses including T cell activation and B cell inhibition.
Widely used in research and diagnostics (ELISA, Western blot, immunohistochemistry), as well as in therapeutic and vaccine development.
