For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear hormone receptor for triiodothyronine. It is one of several receptors for thyroid hormone and mediates its biological activities. Knockout studies in mice indicate that different receptors, while partially redundant, may mediate distinct thyroid hormone functions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
