Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using the carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear hormone receptor for triiodothyronine. It functions as one of several receptors for thyroid hormone, mediating its biological activities. Mouse knockout studies indicate that different receptors may have overlapping but distinct functions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have also been reported.
