Target Information
CD19는 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하며 두 개의 Ig 유사 도메인을 가지고 있습니다. CD19 분자는 말초 B 세포의 100%에서 발현되며, 특히 단핵구 계통의 골수성 백혈병 세포에서도 발현됩니다.
CD19는 B 세포 수용체(BCR)의 신호 증폭 보조수용체로 작용하며, B 세포 증식 및 분화 조절의 중심적인 역할을 합니다.
CD19 유전자의 돌연변이는 저감마글로불린혈증을 유발하며, 과발현 시 B 세포 과활성을 초래할 수 있습니다.
