Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes an endoplasmic reticulum membrane oxidoreductase with an FAD-binding domain and a flavodoxin-like domain.
The protein binds two cofactors, FAD and FMN, enabling electron transfer from NADPH to microsomal P450 enzymes.
Mutations are associated with disorders such as combined P450C17/P450C21 deficiency, amenorrhea, disordered steroidogenesis, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, and Antley-Bixler syndrome.
