Target Information
EIF2B3는 진핵 개시 인자 2(eIF2)-결합 GDP를 GTP로 교환하는 반응을 촉매합니다. eIF2B의 다섯 개 소단위 중 하나인 EIF2B3의 돌연변이는 백질 소실성 뇌병증(leukoencephalopathy with vanishing white matter)을 유발할 수 있습니다. 또한 EIF2B3는 C형 간염 바이러스의 내부 리보솜 진입 부위 매개 번역의 보조인자로도 알려져 있습니다.
