Target Information
TRH-R은 398개의 아미노산으로 구성된 막단백질로, 여섯 개의 막관통 도메인을 가지며 G-protein coupled receptor 1 패밀리에 속합니다. TRH 신호 전달 호르몬의 수용체로 작용하며, 결합 시 이노시톨 인지질-칼슘-단백질 키나아제 C 경로를 활성화합니다. TRH-R은 신경전달 및 신경조절 기능을 가지며, 수용체 이합체화 및 호르몬 유도 수용체 이동을 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 주로 전엽 뇌하수체의 갑상선자극세포에서 발현됩니다.
