For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MPP5 (Membrane Protein, Palmitoylated 5) plays a critical role in neurogenesis and hematopoiesis.
It is essential for establishing and maintaining cell polarity in epithelial cells and neurons, and functions as part of the Par-3 complex to maintain tight junctions.
Mutations in MPP5 are associated with neurologic impairments such as global developmental delay (GDD) and behavioral abnormalities.
In animal models, MPP5 is involved in early differentiation of multipotent progenitors and supports long-term lineage-specific contributions, particularly in myeloid and lymphoid cells.
MPP5 variants disrupt normal cellular function, leading to developmental and functional defects.
