Target Information
Dynactin 3는 10개의 서브유닛으로 구성된 다이낵틴 복합체의 가장 작은 서브유닛을 암호화합니다. 다이낵틴은 미세소관과 세포질 다이닌에 결합하며, ER-Golgi 수송, 리소좀 및 엔도솜 이동, 방추체 형성, 세포분열, 염색체 이동, 핵 위치 조정, 축삭 형성 등 다양한 세포 기능에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 주로 알파-헬릭스 구조를 가지며, 다이낵틴의 가장 큰 서브유닛(p150)에 직접 결합합니다. 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 두 가지 전사체 변이가 생성됩니다.
