Target Information
단백질의 유비퀴틴화는 비정상적이거나 수명이 짧은 단백질을 분해 대상으로 지정하는 중요한 세포 내 메커니즘입니다. 유비퀴틴화 과정에는 E1(유비퀴틴 활성화 효소), E2(유비퀴틴 결합 효소), E3(유비퀴틴 단백질 리가아제)의 세 가지 효소가 관여합니다. 이 유전자는 E2 유비퀴틴 결합 효소 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화하며, 동일한 단백질을 인코딩하는 네 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사체 변형이 보고되었습니다.
