Target Information
This gene belongs to the N-myc downregulated gene family, part of the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. The encoded cytoplasmic protein may regulate mitogenic signaling in vascular smooth muscle cells. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, though not all full-length forms are known.
