Target Information
ADRBK1(GRK2)는 serine/threonine kinase로, G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR)의 중요한 조절 인자입니다. GRK2는 포유류에서 광범위하게 발현되며, 리간드 결합 후 GPCR의 인산화를 매개합니다.
β-arrestin-1을 통한 GPCR의 internalization은 Ras–Raf–ERK1/2 신호 경로를 활성화시키며, GRK2는 PKC, Src, ERK1/2 등의 인산화 및 다양한 단백질과의 상호작용에 의해 조절됩니다.
ERK는 serine 670에서 GRK2를 인산화하여 음성 피드백 메커니즘으로 불활성화합니다.
