IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor)는 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 암에서 발현이 보고되었습니다. 단백질은 두 개의 알파 및 두 개의 베타 서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머 형태이며, IGF-1에 더 높은 친화도로 결합합니다. 결합 후 자가 인산화가 일어나며, 이어서 RAS, RAF, ERK, p38, JNK 등의 경로가 활성화되어 세포 증식을 유도하는 유전자 발현을 촉진합니다.
