Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The IL10RA gene encodes a receptor for interleukin 10, structurally related to interferon receptors.
It mediates the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, inhibiting synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines.
This receptor supports survival of progenitor myeloid cells via the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway.
Activation leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases.
Two transcript variants exist: one protein-coding and one non-coding.
