Target Information
TCEB1은 protein elongin C로 알려진 단백질로, transcription factor B (SIII) complex의 서브유닛입니다. SIII complex는 elongins A/A2, B, C로 구성되어 있으며, RNA polymerase II의 일시적 정지를 억제하여 전사 연장을 활성화합니다. Elongin A는 활성 구성요소로 작용하며, elongins B와 C는 조절 서브유닛 역할을 합니다. Elongin A2는 고환에 특이적으로 발현되며, elongins B와 C와 안정적인 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다. Von Hippel-Lindau 종양 억제 단백질은 elongins B와 C에 결합하여 전사 연장을 억제합니다. Western blot 분석 결과, 두 개의 다른 항체(P100962-T200 및 P100963_P050 / P100963_P100)를 사용한 테스트에서 동일한 분자량을 확인했습니다.
