Target Information
Ran은 핵-세포질 간 수송에 관여하는 작은 신호 GTPase입니다. 최근 연구에서 Ran은 방추 성상체 형성과 유사분열 세포에서 핵막 재조립에도 관여하는 것으로 보고되었습니다. Ras 또는 Rho와 달리 Ran은 막에 결합하지 않으며, RanGTP와 RanGDP의 농도는 RanGAP 및 RCC1의 공간적 분포에 의해 조절됩니다. 포유류 RanGAP은 SUMO 단백질이 C말단에 결합하고, SUMO화된 도메인이 핵공복합체 단백질 Nup358에 결합함으로써 핵공에 부착됩니다.
