Product Specific Information

The monoclonal antibody 1A8-Ly6g reacts with mouse Ly-6G (Gr-1), a 25-kDa GPI protein expressed exclusively by neutrophils. It plays a role in neutrophil infiltration, recruitment, and migration, and associates with B2 integrins CD11a/CD11b.

Unlike RB6-8C5, 1A8-Ly6g binds only to Ly-6G on neutrophils and has been used to deplete neutrophils with reported antagonist activity.

Applications Tested: Tested on mouse bone marrow cells at ≤0.125 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimal titration recommended.
