Target Information
RHOF는 plasma membrane에 위치한 small GTPase로, 활성 GTP 결합 상태와 비활성 GDP 결합 상태를 순환합니다. Filopodia라 불리는 얇고 actin이 풍부한 표면 돌기를 형성하며, CDC42 및 Rac과 협력하여 다양한 actin 기반 구조를 생성합니다.
