Target Information
DYKDDDDK tag (FLAG tag) is a short peptide sequence used for protein purification, detection, and localization.
It consists of eight amino acids: Asp-Tyr-Lys-Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys.
Commonly fused to the N- or C-terminus of target proteins for easy identification and isolation using anti-FLAG antibodies.
Widely used in molecular biology and biochemistry for:
