Product Specific Information

Product #31670 has been validated for Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
Reacts with heavy chains of rabbit IgG and light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins.
Does not react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, though cross-reactivity with other species may occur.
Store protected from light at 4°C.
For extended storage, mix with equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
Rhodamine Amax = 550 nm; Emax = 570 nm.
Fluorophore/Protein ratio: approximately 0.52 moles Rhodamine per mole IgG (lot-dependent).
Reconstitute with 1.5 mL distilled water for a final concentration of 1.5 mg/mL.

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with high specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins.
They are widely used for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance assay flexibility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Produced by immunizing the host with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins and further purified via immunoaffinity chromatography or conjugation.
