Product Specific Information
- Product #31670 has been validated for Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
- Reacts with heavy chains of rabbit IgG and light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins.
- Does not react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, though cross-reactivity with other species may occur.
- Store protected from light at 4°C.
- For extended storage, mix with equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
- Rhodamine Amax = 550 nm; Emax = 570 nm.
- Fluorophore/Protein ratio: approximately 0.52 moles Rhodamine per mole IgG (lot-dependent).
- Reconstitute with 1.5 mL distilled water for a final concentration of 1.5 mg/mL.
