Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-10 R alpha, IFN-gamma RI, or IFN-gamma R2 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
Natural killer (NK) cells are a subpopulation of lymphocytes distinct from B- or T-cells and play a key role in innate immunity by releasing cytokines that modulate immune responses. Monoclonal antibodies against NK cell surface antigens have been used to identify and characterize functionally distinct NK cell subsets. The Cluster of Differentiation (CD) nomenclature standardizes the naming of these surface antigens.
